Crisp with Bulgur

10-12 servings, Cooking time: 10 minutes.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup of bulgur
  • 60 gr bitter chocolate
  • Milk ice cream

Preparation

1. Toast the bulgur over medium heat, stirring constantly.

2. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler (bain-marie).

3. Mix the bulgur with the melted chocolate. Divide into portions and shape as desired (you can use an ice cream scoop). Place them on a tray and refrigerate for 1 hour to harden.

4. Serve with ice cream.
